SocialFlo.io Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SocialFlo platform, websites and services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by socialflo.io (“SocialFlo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using SocialFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service
SocialFlo is a software platform that enables users to create, manage, schedule, publish and analyse content across supported third-party platforms including Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Threads) and other integrated services.
SocialFlo acts only as a publishing tool on behalf of the user.
We do not control, own, or endorse the content you publish.
2. Eligibility
You may only use SocialFlo if:
You are at least 18 years old
You have authority to manage the connected social accounts
Your use complies with all applicable laws
Your use complies with the terms of any connected third-party platform
You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain security of login credentials
Immediately notify us of unauthorised access
You remain responsible for all actions taken using your account.
We may suspend accounts that pose security, legal or platform-policy risks.
4. Connected Platforms
SocialFlo integrates with third-party services (“Platform Providers”) including Meta.
By connecting an account, you authorise SocialFlo to:
Access permitted account data
Publish content you submit
Retrieve analytics and engagement data
Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies.
SocialFlo is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, or feature limitations imposed by third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use SocialFlo to:
Violate any law or regulation
Infringe intellectual property rights
Post unlawful, deceptive, harmful or abusive content
Circumvent platform restrictions
Automate spam or manipulative engagement
Harvest or collect personal data without consent
Interfere with platform integrity or security
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Platform Compliance (Meta & Others)
When using SocialFlo with Facebook, Instagram or Threads you agree to comply with all applicable platform policies.
You acknowledge:
SocialFlo processes platform data solely to provide requested functionality
SocialFlo does not sell or independently exploit platform data
SocialFlo may revoke access if required to comply with platform rules
Failure to comply may result in suspension of your SocialFlo account.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload.
You grant SocialFlo a limited licence to:
Store
Process
Publish
Transmit
your content solely to operate the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish the content.
We do not monitor content prior to publication but may remove content if required by law or platform policy.
8. Analytics & Data
Analytics and engagement data provided by SocialFlo are estimates based on third-party platform data.
We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness.
Business decisions made using analytics are your responsibility.
9. Availability
We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The Service may be unavailable due to:
Maintenance
Platform provider outages
Infrastructure failures
API changes
We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You breach these Terms
Required by a platform provider
Required by law
The Service is discontinued
Upon termination, access to the platform may cease immediately.
11. Data & Deletion
Account data is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

Disconnecting a social account revokes our access to that platform’s data.
Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights in the SocialFlo software, branding and technology remain our exclusive property.
You may not:
Copy or reverse engineer the Service
Resell access without permission
Attempt to extract source code
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”.
We make no warranties regarding:
Platform compatibility
Reach or engagement performance
Account growth
Compliance outcomes
Availability of third-party APIs
Social media platforms may change functionality at any time and affect features.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialFlo is not liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Account suspensions by platforms
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the previous 3 months.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SocialFlo against claims arising from:
Your content
Your misuse of the Service
Violation of platform rules
Violation of law or third-party rights
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
